Dr. Larissa Magalhaes
Bio
Larissa Galdino de Magalhães Santos forscht schwerpunktmäßig zu digitaler Governance, GovTech und verantwortungsvolle KI. Sie hat mit renommierten Organisationen wie der Universität der Vereinten Nationen, dem Global Center on AI Governance und der Getúlio Vargas Foundation zusammengearbeitet, wo sie Projekte zu digitaler Transformation, Open Data und verantwortungsvoller KI geleitet hat. Derzeit ist sie Marie Sklodowska-Curie-Stipendiatin an der Universität Bremen, wo sie Strategien zur Verbesserung von GovTech-Ökosystemen in europäischen Städten entwickelt. Mit über 15 Jahren Forschungserfahrung und einer Promotion in Politikwissenschaft bringt Larissa eine Fülle von Kenntnissen über die Schnittmenge von Technologie, Governance und öffentlicher Politik mit.
